Stress is the worst thing we can give ourselves and our immune system at this time. Do not let fear run the show.

Follow your intuition about what is best for YOU!

You may be getting a lot of information already with various recommendations which is I want to share a few simple additions to empower you for your health.

Here is what you can do:

1. Use your tools. This is the time to use all the tools of your spiritual and energy toolbox. Rise up in your awakening. Keep faith. This is the time to use everything you have learned on your spiritual journey.
Spend at least 5 minutes a day focusing on your heart chakra and your root chakra.

If you know Reiki and/or Magnified Healing - use it every day.

Energy healing is a high vibrational Divine energy that takes us from 200- 250 CPS (normal human frequency when bogged down by stress, chaos, responsibilities, no-me time) to 400 CPS or higher - the state of peace and balance.

2. Shield yourself. Imagine yourself in a golden ball shield and set a powerful intention to fully shield and protect yourself and your aura. When you shower, imagine the water is a beautiful Divine golden light and ask it to heal you, seal you and protect you.

3. Shield your family. Put yourself and your family in a pyramid of Light and Love. Just imagine it in your mind and set the intention to protect everyone you love. Smudge yourself, your family and your space with white and/or black sage.

`4. Support your Unconscious. The subconscious plays a big factor in overall health. I recommend that you listen to the InnerTalk Immune System Soundtrack for 1-hour daily. You can play this in the background while driving, at work, or even sleeping!

5. Stay Healthy - Yoga, meditation, vitamins, minerals, supplements, eat good healthy food (not eating out with bad oils and chemicals), Load yourself up with fruits, nuts, vegetables, and carbs. Full of color and the highest quality. Don't do any diets that compromise your immune system. Focus on your health rather than fear.

6. Make natural concoctions of essential oils. Essential oils have protected people over generations. These three oils are your best friend: holy basil, sage and tea tree. Diffuse them at all times in your home and office. Or you can put them in purified water and spray bottles, and spray your home.

Take a spoonful of raw avocado oil- it is packed with Vitamin C. Blackseed oil is a viral fighter. Wheat germ is brilliant.

7. Do fun stuff. Watch moves, laugh, listen to music, listen to spiritual talks. Fill your eyes, ears, and hearts with life-affirming positive things. Switch off as much as you can, while staying informed. We attract at the level of our frequency when we let our thoughts become too low frequency.

8. Lemon shots. Make a natural shot of 2 whole lemons, dry ginger, turmeric, and honey. Take it up to 3-6 times a day.

And I genuinely urge you to remain vigilant - do not allow anxiety to set in or get magnified. Be protective of your mind. Anxiety drops our immunity dramatically.

No matter who you are or what state of health you are in, you will only benefit from steering clear of the fear and leaning into your gut instinct about what is right for you.
